Yoga Tune Up therapy balls is an essential self-care tool that I use all the time myself and recommend to every single client of mine. Here is a quick demonstration of how you can use one ball to massage your feet. Do it as often as you can, try to make it a habit. Have a ball on your kitchen floor and roll your feet every time you are in the kitchen.  Teach someone you care about how to roll their feet because when you are teaching, YOU are doing it yet again!
