    Learning to sense feet, ankles, knees and hips;

    Activating by articulating specific joints, mobility exercises, loaded stretching;

    Strengthening through body weight exercises, resistance bands and weights;

    Integrating body awareness into more complex natural movements like squatting, balancing, walking and running.
