I've created this program to help you prepare your body and mind for a more informed, comfortable, and empowering birthing experience. Throughout this program you will gain practical knowledge and felt experience to best support you on your journey.

We will be learning the essential principles of prenatal movement to help you carry a pregnancy with more ease as well as make you stronger as the pregnancy progresses.

We will be learning how to alleviate some of the common discomforts of pregnancy by making informed movement choices and simple lifestyle changes.

I’m inviting expectant moms as well as prenatal yoga teachers to join this program. It is a rare opportunity for both groups to practice and learn alongside each other in a mutually supportive environment.

I'm putting together my 10+ years of teaching experience, the most up-to-date knowledge and movement techniques I am learning from the Body Ready Method, and my lived experience as a birther of three children. Through this program, I'm sharing the subtle and powerful gift of body awareness in the context of pregnancy and birth.

Some Interesting Facts About me
I have three kids. I had two home births and one breech vaginal delivery at the hospital.

I had an empowering home birth experience with my first baby and wanted to become a midwife. The book that shifted my perspective on birth was "Ina May Gaskin's Guide to childbirth".

In 2018 I translated a book by Katy Bowman Diastasis Recti into Russian (https://resource-publishing.ru/diastaz). I intimately know the material and was able to heal my own diastasis.
